General instructions
-
Formulation Objective:
• Pheromones to inhibit the coupling of the Codling moth (Tuta Absoluta) on tomatoes, peppers and eggplant grown in greenhouses. The pheromone attracts the male adults of the target insect thus preventing coupling. The product affects only the male insect adults and has no effect on female adults, eggs or larvae.
-
Application method:
• Air Pressure Dispensing System
-
Application conditions:
•"Diffusion points"/ha evenly distributed in the greenhouse are recommended. It is preferable to stagger the distribution in the greenhouse to ensure uniform coverage. More 'diffusion points' are recommended at the ends of planting rows, near doors and windows.
• Place pheromone monitoring traps inside and outside the greenhouse and check the catches every week.
• The highest dose is recommended in cases of severe infestation.
